Nice meat slicer

It's actually quite easy to clean if you take out the blade with a screwdriver. And the blade is designed to be taken out easily so there shouldn't be any issue cleaning. I took one star out because the machine gives out an unpleasant odor in the first few uses.

- A:Answer It can get a little crumbly if you set it too thin, but that may be ok with shaved ham... Make sure your meat is cold. Its cuts better when it's cold. In the fridge is sufficient.

Q: QuestionThe one I purchsed in 2022 failed after less than a year of minimum use. Many other customers complained ; the tray rubbing the blade, the blade freezing up, the thickness adjustment slips. Why do you still sell this garbage?
